Freight Forwarded

A freight forwarder, forwarder, or forwarding agent, also known as a non-vessel operating common carrier (NVOCC), is a person or company that organizes shipments for individuals or corporations to get goods from the manufacturer or producer to a market, customer or final point of distribution.

Freight forwarding customer service:

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Directly accountable for the preparation of the following:
-ERP Invoice, Job Sheet, Line Payment, Other Payment, Credit/Debit Note
2.Responsible for sending the invoice, debit or credit note to the
respective parties either by fax, e-mail or courier.
3.Responsible for closing the job file and safekeeping till its retention
period.
4.Obtaining the line payment requisition approval from the pricing
department. Sends LPR to cashier or operation department for processing.

Qualifications:
- Male/Female
- Single/Married, Age between 23-28
- Accounting graduate or any 4 year business related courses
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in Freight Forwarding as Customer Service

Senior Executive-operations

Description:

Experience : 2+ years of experience in Freight forwarding operations

Job Description

1. Track & Trace shipments from airlines and shipping lines
2. Agents and Overseas coordination
3. Knowledge in Air Export / Import , Ocean Import / Export , Custom Clearance
4. Knowledge in Tally an added advantage.
5. Strong Communication skills and computer knowledge is a must.

Qualifications
